Can i bypass knock sensor on 94 GSR?

Default Can i bypass knock sensor on 94 GSR?
I have a boosted 94 GSR that is throwing a knock sensor CEL. Is there any possible way to bypass it by taking it out and grounding it or something cheap and easy besides getting the ECU chipped. I cant dyno it while it throws codes. Thanks for the help!!!

Fix the problem. Without the sensor, it wont correct the timing and you will get engine knock.
