OT what do you expo people do with your cars while not on the track?

OT what do you expo people do with your cars while not on the track?
When you guys stay at the hotel and whatnot, do you take shifts watching the parking lot, or do you have a parking garage to put your cars in? Id just think all those ITRs in one spot would be a thieves heaven. Kinda OT, but just wondering that.

If there are thieves, they would be the dumbest thieves in the world to try something at the Expo. Trust me, you don't want to mess w/ over 200 angry ITR owners. I bet someone will get more than an ***-kicking if they tried something funny.

No one bugs anyones' cars at expo. Probably the safest place for an R.

in a general sense you are correct. It is just a car. But if you have invested your time, money, work and sweat into working on your car as an enthusiast not only is it a car its your HOBBY. If a thief were to jack my car, he has jacked my hobby.

If you're parking at the Ho Inn, it's on top of a hill, so it's pretty inconspicuous to people just driving by on the main road. If you're at one of the other hotels, that might not be the case.

Last I can remember at the expo, it was a very safe place to park the car.
in addition to that, I can clearly recall on Sat. night there were people outside till about 430am, i know Mike M and myself were out goofing off until about 4:30.
Dont worry about the car.

There are many drunk R owners walking around at all hours of the night/day. nothing to fear!
Does any one remember the young kids from last year, they were in shock to see all the Rs in one place. their mouths hit the floor

If I could find one I would. **** I tried wearing an exhaust turbine housing around my neck with a chain just like the whole "Chain/Clock" thing but I threw out my back it was too damn heavy
