Default Need some help w/ compressor outlet to intercooler piping

I'm using an Inlinepro manifold and I'm having problems w/ the first 90 deg bend that comes off the compressor outlet. If I shorten the leg of the bend that goes to the compressor enough to clear my jimbab bar, then the silicone coupler will be sitting on the curve of the bend. But if I don't shorten the leg that goes to the compressor, then the leg that goes to the intercooler hits the jimfab bar.

I've considered a 90 deg elbow, but I can't seem to find a 90 deg elbow that is also a transition.

Any idea guys?

cast aluminum elbow welded to the compressor housing. then use a straight silicon transition to the rest of the piping.
