what kinda shops do engine milling and how much is the average price of a mill...

Any machine shop can mill a head.

Expect to pay $25-50.

i had a block decked and a head milled for 85.. that included a full bath and flush.

jus got my head milled for 30... any shop with machine in the name should be able to mill.
