Default when boring out a gsr to 84mm... (dyno pic)

look at this dyno:


i dont know anything about boring a block, only that it runs ~$140, and you have to disassemble everything...

now, with that said.. can you reuse the stock pistons, or no? if not, any idea what was used on above gsr when bored out to 84mm?

When you bore out a block, you're increasing the size of the cylinders, which means you need a larger piston, so no you can't use the old ones.

u cant just go and pay ~140 or however much they are charging u to get a gsr block bored to 84mm.. u will need to have it sleeved...or just find a b20 block (already 84mm)..
