I have a B20/vtec in my 91 hatch with all the mods listed in my sig. I have had an O2 sensor that doesn't work in my car for the past 3 months. I disconnected it to see if that would make any difference, but it didn't. I ran my car for a while without the O2 sensor and it still ran fine. No CELs or anything. I grabbed an O2 sensor from a friend and put it in just to have a working one. I have emissions coming up and was wondering if this would be a problem. I have a chipped pr3 with the spoon program. But I dont think that you can chip an ecu to run no O2 sensor??????? Just let me know what you guys think. Thanks.

well your car will just always stay in opened loop and run pretty rich(very bad for emmissions)

It often runs fine though but what is your main ? if its "can I go to emmissions/smog and expect to pass with out an o2 hooked up?" your answer is pretty much no.
