Are ebay cartridges any good?

Anyone ever had any luck with these ebay cartridges? Would this eliminate a shaft play problem with the current turbo I have?

It's made by Garrett not ebay.

Didn't mean manufactured by ebay, just sold on ebay

I wouldnt try it since they have to be balanced. just send it to cheapturbo.com and they will rebuilt it for $250.
