Default how do u guys like kenji's chipped p28

any regrets?? was it a good mod?? im thinking about getting one this is why i am askin

It's a good addition to the motor if you have I/H/E. But, have a V-AFC of some sort of a A/F tuning device ready. His ECU that I have used ran really rich. You wouldn't be taking full advantage of the ECU w/o a tuning device.

On a dynojet pulled down 176/121 untuned. Kenji p28, aem cai, toda header, 2.5in cat, 2.5in exhaust.

I just have bolt-ons, and I find it works well for me. Adds quite a bit of midrange and a little something up top as well. It's nice at the track because of the smoother crossover.

Great ECU and turn around time. I use his chipped p28 to run my 96 ITR swap.

just got mine this week. fast shipping. car pulls alot harder and the vtec rocks, but thats because i was running an rs ecu before.

Yes they are. Of course, that dyno might read completely different numbers from another dyno 2 miles from it. Dyno's are tuning devices, not all that useful to determine what parts work unless multiple runs were done on the same day with just the parts changed (of course, you'll have some atmospheric changes too but you can't easily control that with a chassis dyno).

I have a Mugen program P28 from kenji and it has worked fine .Far as power I don't know because i haven't dynoed my car since the install.
