Default Piston Choice?

Im considering different pistons for my ls-vtec.I would like too have oem honda pistons.Put i want too be able too run the car without trouble.I have heard of people with ctr pistons having too high compression that you can run 93 octane.I would like too know what is the best piston too use, while using 93 octane and not having too tune the crap out of it just too run right?I was thinking b16 pistons or itr pistons might be my best choice. What do you think?

The Integra LS motor has a bit longer crank stroke. But even so, that coupled with CTR or ITR pistons still shouldn't be a problem for 93 octane... at least from what I know since my friend is doing a similar set up with a LS crank and type R pistons in a b18c1 block. But someone correct me if I'm wrong.

i have a lsvtec and have itr pistons i live cail and the octane here is 91 so my compression is 11:1 if you go b16 pistons your compression will be 11:5 you still sould be able to run 93 octane

Go with CTRs here in houston we run 93 octane too no tuning on chipped computers. My buddy has run 12 s on street tires in his ls vtec with CTRs chipped p28 and drives it everyday. Id say its a good choice. 93 octane is a really good octane some parts cant even get that.

CTR's sound good then.Sure its ok?Compressionn would be like 12.5-1 or something isnt that high for 93 octane.I will however have camgears, fpr, chipped p28 for tunning.
