double clutch is when your moving u throw the clutch in and let it out.By doing this it revs up the engine some so when you let out the clutch it should give your car a jump forward.

i believe power shifting is when you dont let off the gas when you shift, this is what everyone should do when they race.

as 4 the rest i dont know

If you are hanging out with ppl that use these terms I would question their heterosexuality.

that is not called double clutch. Double clutch is done to rev match with the shifts. Clutch, get out of gear to nuetral, match revs according to gear, clutch, shift. Something like that, I'm sure somebody will correct me!
Feather the clutch is basically what is states. e.g. When about to start a quarter mile say you start at 6000rpm and you try and release the clutch as fast as you can while still maintaining the 6k and NOT spin you tires loose so you are basically getting the best take off.

feather clutch = light pressure on the clutch so that it is not fully engaged but is not full disengaged....this helps bring the clutch and flywheel up to speed if rev matching was not done correctly

double clutch = clutch in - shift to neutral - clutch out - clutch in - shift to next gear- clutch out...this is mainly done while downshifting, witha rev match taking place during the shift to neutral- clutch out part

power shifting = no clutch (i think)

quick shifting = really fast shifting (maybe no use of clutch)
