hey people - i just bought a 98 civic 4 door and the little light in the center of the speedo was green but its turned red since i put on my cold air intake and exhaust - does that have anything to do with it or is it because i have been a little hard on it ? plus my dome light worked but now it turns on for every door except the driver door , whats up with that? if anyone can help me thanks

 

just reset the maintenance light

 

yeah, just reset the light. Look in your owners manual that came with the car and it should tell you how. It's there to remind you to do things like an oil change, spark plug, things like that (regular maintenance).

As for the dome light not working for the driver door, you should check your drivers door switch to see if it's good or not.

yeh i had the same question not too long ago, just take your honda key and push in the button that's circled above to reset it. it rolls to red every so many miles.

 

I belive it's 7,000 miles.
