Default cut bumpstops???? tried searching

i just got the h&r sport springs for a 93 civic. in the box it had a sheet that said to cut the bumpstops and not to cut the bump stops. i read it over a few times and i am still confused

my question is, when installing these with the kyb agx, will i need to cut or modify anything???
thanks

The KYB will come with a new rear bumpstop and dust guard, so you don't need to use the old ones. The front BS will need to be cut, about 1/2 (24mm I think), and you re-use the larger / top half.
