Default Finally....she ALIVE, ALIVE!!!!

Well, after months of trying to figure why my engine wouldn't start, I disconnect half of the instrument cluster and low and behold: verooommm . The ls/vtec is finally done. Of course I need to find a way of getting my tach, speedo, etc back, but hell, I'm happy I could just drive her.

Impressions:
Clutch net extreme pp and 6 puck disc-wonderful clutch. Pedal is stiff but nothing you can't get used to. This set up is very streetable. Zero clutch chatter and I'm not spinning my tires either, however I do have a quaife and radius rods helping out. Engagement is quick, but by no means immediate. There is "room" to slip this clutch.

The block is 20 over, 9.5:1 compression and the pick up is wonderful.

The h&r sports feel slightly stiffer than stock and rear r swaybar is noticeable but not overwhelming.

Next: bring on the boost. I'm waiting for mav rev setup and as soon as Geoff has details on their intercooler I'm on my way to 12 psi!

This whole thing was an incredible headache. Almost all of which because of the instrument cluster problem. Was is worth it. Hell yah.

Now I got some extra crap I need to dump for money for turbo stuff.

I have two distributors:
obd1 b16: so so condition 75 shipped.
ob2 b18b: great condition: 100 shipped.

These distributors can be used for any series motor. To convert obd2 to 1 just swap harnesses.

Thanks for the bandwidth
