Default Clutch not holding?

I'm running 9 psi on an LS/VTEC and when I boost in 4th at about 80-90 mph the engine RPMs suddenly go up. Is that the clutch slipping (Centerforce)?

I guess I can forget about installing DSM 450cc's and cranking up the boost a little on this clutch.
