Default Which part controls alignment on 99 civic?

I have a set of ES bushings (master set) that I am installing myself, and I was wondering which part controls the alignment of the front wheels. Lower control arm? Upper control arm? This way I can install the bushings on that part last, so I only have to go get one alignment. I am gradually installing the kit (a couple of bushings each week), so I want to wait till the end before I get the suggested alignment, so I only have to do it once. Thanks for the help.

(and I did search)
