took motor out, put it back in, now it wont stay idle
we took my friends motor out of his integra so that he could get his engine bay sprayed. I put it back in, went to start it and it was having trouble staRting. I cranked it some more, pushed the gas a little, and boom it started up...but now the thing is if I let go of the gas, the engine will shut off. Any ideas?
FYI: We put a skunk2 intake manifold on, and just left the plug for the secondaries disconnected. Also, this probably doesnt matter, but the alternator belt is squeeling. I can't check it now(its raining)but does that mean the belt is on too tight? or too loose?

Any codes? Check to make sure all of your connectors are plugged in.... probably something small you overlooked like mixing up the map and tps plugs.

Hey you might wanna check you THROTTLE CABLE You couldve put it on too tight man........ Also there is a small fuel pressure hose on the intake manifold( if not plugged in it will cause engine idle to flux up and down)
Looks like it might be a mixed up connector. Re-check your IACV, IAT, IAB (if GSR), TPS and MAP sensor connectors. Some of them could be similar plugs and you might have switched them by accident. If the belt is squealing, it's loose. Check the play in the belt between the two pulleys and tighten it accordingly.
