Minimal gains.
TB feed coolant line- Pull it off
TB coolant exit line pull it off
Connect the two lines.

did it and my car idles like its possesed. didint notice any real gains. not worth it in my opinio.,

Are you sure you pulled the right lines off. They are just coolant lines they should not effect the idle at all.
