Remove heat shields
Un-bolt stock manifold from cat (or b-pipe if applicable)
Un-bolt stock manifold from head
Remove stock manifold
Install new header in place
Bolt to head
Bolt to cat (or b-pipe/test pipe if applicable)

Don't forget to replace both gaskets and use plenty of penetrating lube. It's really easy.

P.S. I hope you only bought one header.

How many actual pipes are welded to the flange has NOTHING to do with the proper term for it. Even if I had 150 pipes welded to one flange, it's still a HEADER. If there is multiple flanges for multiple exhaust manifolds (2 cylinder heads, etc), then it's HEADERS.

BTW, it's a bolt-on. Un-bolt, bolt it, go vroom vroom.

It's an aerosal spary usually but with more of a "stream" tip then a "spary". WD-40 I guess would be the most recognizable, but it's not very good in the automotive world. WD40 is more of an all around lubricant, not very potent at desolving rust but works mostly for around the house type stuff. Go to any automotive store and buy a case. Most of the good stuff you have to order, but useally the stuff you find at most automotive stores works 90% of the time.

Wurth stuff works pretty good for me.
