15's or 16's
alright ive been stressin over this i have a 00 gsr (white) i want bronze rims im looking at the 5zigen's and i dunno what is better the 15's or the 16's?? i want best performance out of the rims i have 17s on it right now and wow.. it has slowed me down alot.. and also tell me what series tire because i cant figure out that ... heres the choices .. for 15 inch rim ill do a 205/50/15 .. 16 i was thinking about 205/45/16 in front and a 215/45/16 in the back (back will be the falken azenis) tell me what you think i have the money cash for the rims!!
i think 16 would b a better all around tire for looks and performance. they also have more choice in tires that u can buy. most tire companies dont make a 15inch tire. i have looked such as u cant get yokohama paradas in 15 only 16. so u have more choices with 16s

dont do a tire offset from front to rear, theres no point in having bigger/wider tires in the rear for a FWD car.. its like putting a big *** wing on the back of a FWD car, no damn point.. and if you put bigger tires on the rear, you wont be able to rotate them, well you will but it'll look retarded
look at volk too, they might be too much but check them out, or some bronze colored rota's..

If you want all out performance than go with a lightweight 15. There are a lot of lightweight 16's as well and you would get a lil better performance out of them.
Stock GSR rims with Kumho tires weigh 142lbs
15inch Rota Slipstreams with Toyo T1S tires weigh 121. lbs
Both size 205/50/15 That is a reduction of 21lbs of unsprung weight from a STOCK wheel with a upgrade in tire size.
