Default ecu running rich

I have a pw0 ecu for a b16a but it seems like it is for a fully built b16 cuz it is dumping so much dam fuel do think i would have to get my ecu reprogrammed or would a V-AFC do the trick

that didnt help him. DId you check the oxygen sensors? I heard that you can switch them or something and that would fix some problems. I think i heard a post about that. I think sometimes people put the 1st oxygen sensor wires to the second one and vice versa.
