Emission failed

Default Emission failed

i have a 92 accord and today it barely failed emissions.

the line that says failed reads

NO - ppm

Reading - 0990
Allowable - 0910

anyone know what this means exactly?
or what would fix it?

cannot do that without emissions...

RETARD the timing, dude thats not safe especially for a SOHC, try to see if anything is leaking like gaskets or ****, or FORCE someone at gunpoint to ******* fix yur car! now that would be fun, i have a beretta u can borrow-
