Default Tranny Problem on JDM D15B VTEC Civic CX Please Help!

Hey fellas, I've been on this board for a very long time now but have never posted and usually found my problems solved with someone elses thread. Anyways I've just ecnountered a very strange problem that I cant seem to figure out. Just off of work yesterday I started the car and first, with a half turn I heard my fuel pump (oem) give out a loud screeching noise then a loud sound of gas guzzling thru. Then when I started the car up, it ran just fine. Entering the freeway, car gives a really strong hesitation shifting into 4th (speeding up) and while cruising It all of a suddenly dies on me on the freeway! Here comes the weird part, the engine is STILL ON and running but the speed just drops and I would floor the gas pedal with it still just dropping until a stop. I pull on the side for a minute or less with the car still ON and it would start driving again. After getting up to like 45mph, it would sputter,hesitate and do the exact same thing. Very strange. I ended up doing this all night by pulling aside the road for a sec then moving a bit till i got the car home. I have NO CLUE what is going on. There seems to be a loud crunching noise from the tranny side but you can only hear it from inside the car. I pulled the codes and it showed 14 IACV and 17 VSS. code 14 is most likely from my y8 IM swap but my guess is either fuel related or Bad tranny on this problem. What do you guys Think? Car starts up just fine when turned off and runs just fine until speed is up. I let go of the clutch on 1st while rolling 5mph and the car would not drop speed and stall unless i brake to a complete stop??I know this was a long *** write up but if you're still here, please help me out brothas.

For reference, my setup:

92 civic cx 5spd
d15b vtec
d16y8 tranny
y8 IM & hondata IM gasket
7.5lbs flywheel & exedy clutch
Basic I/H/E
aem cam gear
underdrive crank pulley
Brand new OEM distributor
ignitions solutions plasma booster
crane cams fire wires
Authentic JDM Spoon P08 ECU straight from japan
hks ground wires

ran 15.9 last week at the tracks in hot AZ but think vtec wasnt workin and many problems that leaded to this. will post time slip

When your car is at a dead stop, can you sit there with the clutch in and rev the motor? And does the car still rev when rolling, but just slow down? If this is the case, it sounds like a blown differential. That would also cause the sounds that you heard from the tranny! The teeth are grinding against the inside of the case.
