i have a 2001 py ITR tht i purchased brand new from the dealer. i from there put 23,xxx miles on it before i hydro-locked the motor. since then it has been covered and stored in my garage for 2 years while i figured out what i really wanted to do with it. well at this point in my life i can either spend a whole bunch of money to get the car finished how i would want it and then have my nice type r, or cut my losses and sell it for what i can. the cars condition is.

2001 py itr
23,xxx miles
garage kept daily, and waxed monthly.
interior is perfect (non-smoker car) i have had the front seats covered since the begining, back seats have had a total of 3 people sit on them. floor mats and carpet is still new as the day purchased.
car has no ac system
has no motor, no tranny, but hondata ecu is included
slightly used hawk pads, brembo slotted and rilled rotors (both in almost new condition)
bridgestone so3 tires with 85% tread life.
h&r fullbody coilover struts with self adjusting strut dampening
skunk2 camber kit.

so i am thinking about selling this car to a lucky buyer and have no idea what i should ask for as far as price goes.

i figured i should ask fellow type r owenrs for their feedback and comments.

with everything in it, except the longblock and tranny, i'd estimate it to be worth 8k to 11k.. Kind of a broad range, I know.. but it all depends on the market right now..

I'm pretty positive you can get at least 11,000 for that shell since all it needs is a motor and tranny. Which even with say a low mile JDM B18 that person would be getting a sweeeeet deal on a R. I just confered with the parental units and they won't let me have two R's (just bought mine in May) so can't help you homie...
