i'd like to know if a low pressure turbo system would be possible on a 3 stage VTEC D15B? would the lean burn mode with it's lean air to fuel ratio be a problem?

know of any such implementations?

And to the original poster, it shouldn't be a problem. People here in the states turbo VX and HX models (which have lean burn modes) without problems. I wouldn't suggest anything over 5-6psi though.
