You will not need a drill bit to relocate the dowel pins. If you buy a Golden Eagle Ls/Vtec kit you will get everything you need to Tap your Oil feed.

2. what are the torque specs for head with arp studs?

I went 22-36-68. Then went threw 4 heat cycles. Went back and Tq to 70.

3. do i use the b20 headgasket?.. anyone know what is the price?

Use the Golden Eagle Gaskett it has the dowel pins re located with out Modding it yourself.

thanks for help!

In plain english. If you have the cash buy a Ls/Vtec Kit from Golden Eagle.
