AGX or GR-2 for basic set-up
Ive been researching through H-T for about five months trying to come up with a decent combo for suspension. I just received my H&R Sports in the mail today so I'm trying to figure what type of shocks I should go with.
1999 Civic EX Coupe. I bought this car already lowered with cheap sleeved coilovers and all four blown shocks...hey I was 16 what did I know. My main concern is a comfortable ride with very little concern toward performance. I had originally already decided on the AGX's but I'm not sure if I need them at this point.
Basically I just want to know if the GR-2's are sufficient to handle a 1.6" drop? I never race, go to the track, etc. It is just my daily driver that I want to have a more aggressive stance. Thanks for any feedback.

GR-2's will get fine, but you will enjoy the AGX more because you can make the ride soft or stiff...they are only like $100 more for the set...i'd go with AGX.
i just got some agx paired to comptech sport springs a couple months ago, and they are great. at 1f 1r they drive almost like stock, mushiness and all. for daily driving theyre set at 2/4, and i live in a rural area. its not that harsh, and it pays off in those turns. agx
