Default Turbonetics T3/T4 turbo or b20 bottom end? please help!!

Ok well I have a B16 99 civic si with i/h/e, ctr cams, mugen ecu, high flow cat., and high flow fuel rail (Also have crank pulley and cam gears on the way). I have kind of run out of things to put on it besides major things (turbo, swaps, supercharger, etc.). And for my next step I was wondering which would be the better bang for the buck. The T3/T4 turbo, or putting on a B20 bottom end on my car... any suggestions??? (Also if you know of any other things that can boost up the HP that aren't so major as a turbo let me know).

I say turbo or i mean you could just do a swap..maybe B18c or K20.
If I was you I'd go with turbo.

What are your plans power-wise. I mean you gotta give us some info on what ur plans for the car are.
