Rebuilt B17a swap won't idle
Rebuilt B17a swapped into a 1991 Integra with a USDM P30 ECU and Boomslang harness.
The car will not idle. I'm getting voltage to the injectors. ECU and distributor are good (tested on a 92 GSR).
I'm using an S2000 throttle body which does not have the FITV so I capped the ports and bypassed the coolant lines.
Any suggestions?

have you tried adjusting the S2K TB's idle adjustment bolt? perhaps opening it up more will allow your engine to idle...

Re: Rebuilt B17a swap won't idle (Katman)
I'm actually having a problem getting the car started.
I switched out the injectors and am getting fuel in all four cylinders now. I'm also getting spark in all four cylinders.
I'm using an ITR fuel rail and ITR pressure regulator. Is it possible that I'm not getting enough fuel pressure? I seems Cylinder 1 is getting more fuel than the other three.

hmm..
on the fuel rail, are you using the complete ITR fuel rail including the cap-nut at the end that holds down the fuel line? if not....you should be. That cap-nut (forgot the technical name for it) is important; if you tried to use some other cap-nut with ITR fuel rail you'll have start up issues because that cap has an effect on fuel feed, and the washers for it too.
on the other hand, is your battery dieing? spark plug wires plugged into the distributor correctly?

What year is the LS cap? 94+? or pre 94?

Re: Rebuilt B17a swap won't idle (Katman)
1991. I placed an order for the ITR stuff to match my ITR rail and FPR.
I can get the car started now, but she won't idle. I have a hold the RPMs at about 1000 or it starts loping and dies.
I borrowed a friend's STR rail because he has a gauge and adjustable FPR. I've got the fuel pressure set to 55# right now.
