Default Help identifying stock 'header' B18B, C1 or C5?

This came on my 98 ITR. I ditched it for a real header. Looking through the Helms today, I was surprised to see drawings that seem to indicate this is apparently a B1C1 upper section, bolted to a C5 lower section. What exactly is this?!? The kid I got my car from did some strange things to the exhaust, and was a mechnical idiot in general.

I was going to sell it, but I need to know what it really is before I do. I think besides potentially swapping this and the intake right before the sale, the car is otherwise stock. Just trying to figure out what's up so I know if need to check on other things.

Same thing happened to me except I didn't get the privledge of getting C5 piping. My whole exhaust was removed and replaced with LS garbage.

The top sections of the header are the same for the B18C1 and B18C5. The A-pipe on the B18C5 is more gradually tapered.

So is this 98 USDM B18C5 then?

Anyone else? I have found what I think are a few errors in the 98 Helms. It specifically shows a more tubular upper section, but that could be the JDM piece. Anyone know for sure?

It shows the same lower section. Help!

It looks like a Type R A-pipe to me. The GS-R pipe is more angular.

I've had 2 stock ITR headers, and shipped another one for a friend... probably seen about 5-6 different ones in the last year.

That's definitely an ITR header based on the pics... BOTH pieces.

He's right. That's an ITR header..i had the 99 ITR header and a 00 GSR header together at once and compared them...top peice is identical with the same stamp, just the lower part is not.

Thanks everyone! HT ITR board rocks as usual

:edit: For future reference, it would appear the 98 Integra Helms has a bunch of errors, of which this is just one. Mine shows the B18C5 drawing of the lower being correct, but the upper would appear to be the JDM ITR part (cast, but more tubular looking).

difference between usdm type r & all other usdm stock header is that f*cking flange angles counter-clock while all other stock header flange angles clock-wise.
