Default going to replace my head gasket soon. do i need...do i need

..ARP head studs when boostin 10 PSI on a tuned B18C? or will new OEM do as well? and is copper spray recommended or just go al fresco?

You don't "NEED" them but why spend money on 1 time use oem's? Spend teh few extra on arp's than can actually be retorqued more than once.

the copper sealant spray works fine.
