Default Should I buy this car? HELP!!

There is a 98 civic ex, 4 dr, manual with 195k miles on it. The lady is asking $3900 for it and states all required mechanical work has been done on the vehicle with paperwork to back it up. She also is the original owner and sd her mechanic said her car is in excellent shape and still does not need her timing belt changed. Is this car worth it? or Thank you to anyone who replies!

timing belts usually tend to snap around 70k to 100k miles. This is why they need to be replaced around 70k. So Chances are its been changed before and she's just an idiot.

wile that is a lot of miles, it seems to have been taken very well maintained, so its got a lot of life left. and isn't it worth like 6k so 4 sounds like a good deal to me.
