Are USDM R injectors different that other DC2 engines or the same...I want to check to make sure my second hand R has genuine engine parts.

fyi cam sprockets wouldn't matter. all of the b's are the same.

your best bet would be to dyno it.

ITR injectors are the same as GSR and Civic SI injectors, 240cc.
Cams have a slot in them with rings in the ends, here is a post:

The Helms MAY help with this. I breaks down the B18B, C1 & C5 motors and top ends in drawings. It's not exact, but it could help. They tend to be pretty detailed drawings, and most of the time, show the differences if you look carefully. You should have a Helms anyway if you don't already.

I do undertsand the thoery behind dynoing my R to find out what is not original. However, I know my whp will be substantioally lower because the previous owner raped all the R parts off this B18C5 including the whole exhaust, headers, and TB. I have access to the cams with my limited knowledge and will be able to visually inspect them. I don't want to resort to measuring the lobe heights. Different injectors causing a discrepancy in whp I would imagine would be hard to see on the dyno so I'm looking for a quick way to identify them by just looking at them. Is there a number on the injectors or a 240cc marking of some kind to indentify them?

If you read above.. All B-SERIES injectors are THE SAME. "ITR Injectors" don't "spray" more fuel than a gsr/ls would.

240cc is the rate of the injectors.

Dyno #'s don't mean squat, how you strap the car down can fluctuate dyno numbers, take it to the track see how you do.
