Best H3 55w headlights for projectors...PIAA???
Anyone have some tips. Ive heard the PIAA super plasma 55w h3s work well. Im lookin for some as bright blue and purple as you can get before HID and some that are affordable. Any help?

from what i've seen, you can spend up to 100+ on PIAA lights, and if your gonna do that, your almost half way to an HID kit...
stop wasting money on trying to get bulbs to LOOK like HID, when they really aren't, and just buy an HID kit.

Umm 100+ on the PIAA no way..
You can get them for about 60-90.. and there are a set of new ones on HT for 55 so there really not close to the price of HID's

well, i've seen PIAA's for 100+ before....i was just saying, that in some cases, a pair of halogen bulbs isn't close to the cost of HID, but its getting pretty damn close.

I would say you should retrofit some audi projectors into your housings because they will be better in output, pattern, and longevity. Sometimes spending a bit more is better and in this case it is.
