Default Brake Light

Anyone else having a problem with their brake light on their cluster coming on every now and then?

I bet the pads are nearly done.

Low pad = lower fluid. Hence the reason for the 'min' and 'max' on the reservoir.

Brakes are like brand new, i will check for brake fluid level though, thanks guys!

Mine comes on when the car is cold (usually first thing in the morning on the way to work), but stays off when the car is warmed up. Brake fluid level is okay. Any ideas?
