Running into problems while installing my Skunk2 front camber kit on 95 civic
alright, well i'm not sure if i'm using the correct termonolgy for most of this stuff, but i'm gonna try to, just bare with me now
for those that aren't familiar with this part, the camber kit i have replaces the upper control arm(not sure how the others are)
at the top of the steering knuckle where the upper control arm connects to it, there's a castle nut. when i turn the castle nut to remove it, the screw thing that it's on turns with it. i don't think i have anything that will keep the bolt in place while i turn the nut. maybe i'm not removing it correctly?
i've ran out of ideas on how to get it off, and until i get it off, i'm basically stuck with nothing to work with.
please respond to this asap if you know how to do it
thanks alot

So the existing bolt is spinning?
If so, cut off the dust boot and you will see that the upper part of the pin in the joint is squared off so that you can put a wrench on it.
I had problems putting mine in too. The castle nuts that came with the kit kept getting cross threaded and stripping out.

i guess i'll just go ahead and cut it off like you said. i'm trying to get it done as quickly as possible because i hear it's supposed to rain bad today and i don't have a garage
thanks man

alright, well cutting the ball joint off worked. i used vice grips to hole the bolt in place because i was still not able to get to the head of the bolt. but thanks man, you saved me from more frustration.
but now that i have the stock upper control arm out, the two pivot bolts on it are hard as **** to remove. i'm doing this by myself and i'm not a big guy, so i can't get them off right now(no air tools).
i should have it all done by the end of the day easily, i'm not in a hurry so i'm taking my time
