What do u mean by loose and free moving, that it can pivot or that it just flops around or what?

I wouldn't say useless...How many miles on the kit? I'm pretty sure you can just get one new balljoint from Skunk2. My balljoints were able to be moved by hand, but they weren't that easy.

One of the ball joints are like that. Where its hard to move by hand but it can be done. Yet the other ball joint is a bit looser and can be moved by hand easier than the other. I just wanna know is the kit still ok to put on my car or should I get a stiffer one(new one)

?

Thats a worn out ball joint. Buy a new one from Group A autosports. Bad balljoints could cause bad tire wear.
