Default Into a Sol... h22 or c5?

i can't decide. there are too many factors...

the c5 is going to run me... $4700, easy.
its VERY expensive, plus once the word gets out, my car becomes a big target... and nj's neighbors aren't very friendly when you have something they want.

as for the h22, there are 3 problems.
1. axles, i would have to get some beefy lifetime warranty axles.
2. cable shifter... i have to cut the interior frame of my car apart, and run cables.
3. clearance... i want to drop the car a significant ammout, and having an oilpan that low is just asking for MAJOR trouble.

if i could fix the oilpan problem, i'd be much MUCH more pro-h22, but that really worries me.. the roads around here suck bigtime.

also, i hear the axles bind if the car is lowered.... and like i said, i wanted to drop it a good 2-2.5 inches

both are about ~200 at the crank, so the both will put my car into 13's (hopefully) and thats a great thing.

i just dont know much about the h22. are there simple ways to make power from it? can you swap in some agressive cams, like everyone puts the CTR cams in the b16's?

help me out before i dump 4500 into an engine that has the same hp as one that i can pickup for 2000.
