does a vacc/boost gauge tell you how much boost your running.

It depends man. You could be using a little greddy turbo or you could be using a t3/t04e or straight t4. too many factors, heres a thought though, anywhere between 7-11psi. Now if you want WHP numbers. if you have a nice fuel management and a good fuel setup you can tune a stock SI to 325-350whp. Its been done over and over.
