Timing belt problem...

From: I had 1000 posts, Ohio, 45805
Just done putting my head back together, and new cams and valve train in...but i cant get my timing belt on the cam gears...HELP...i know there is a tensioner, but no matter wich way i turn it, it seems the bolt is just loosening up...HELP

dont forget that the block is alumminum so if you overtight you could break the bolt or strip the block..
now you have to drill that bolt out rethread the block or use
a repair kit ask your local hardware store about them...
