turn signals won't work

turn signals won't work
whats up guys, i'm new to the teg forum because i sold my hatch and i now am the proud owner of a 94 integra gsr sedan!
anyways, the problem is:
1. accidently drove the car 1 block while the turn signal bulbs were hanging out
2. bulbs all broke
3. replaced all bulbs
4. hazards work, turn signals do NOT
5. one of my high beam bulbs is out, but i doubt that would prevent me from using the turn signals....
any fuses i should check?
