JDM OBD 1 B16 into a 99 coupe Question

what wiring harness is needed to do this swap? since the one that came with it is for a right hand drive....we have a obd2-1 harness already...any info will help...thanx...Chris

I thought that legallay you could not put a motor in a car that is older than the car.
