getting ur engine balanced and blueprinted makes sure all the rotating assembly parts weigh exactly the same. i think thats what ur asking

could also be talking about the crank pully / harmonic balancer
ill dumb this done a bit cus its fun haha " you know that pully thing that all the belts connect to on the bottom"
