From: official euro R hospital, AUSTRIA
back from Swiss with my tegy number 10
. after 1600km, 17 hours driving from friday 10:00 pm to 05:00 pm saturday, with only 30 Minutes of sleep, she was at her final destination, the R-hospital in AUSTRIA
1998 modell, 67000km, all inspections. The outer tranny case is broken and the suspension parts are raly bad bent. I think it looks more good than bad, I mean it's possible to fix it with used parts for cheap.
Since I was in Swiss and our member dc2rgirl was in need of some body parts like hood, door, fender, bumper, etc I deliverd her the parts she needs. She was the first person I meet from Honda-tech in Europe. We talked about 1 hour on tech stuff and so...she knows her stuff realy well

This may sound dumb, but I think it's really awesome that there are H-T members throughout Europe.
You and DC2rgirl would have been amazed if you had flown in for the ITR Expo last year.
Great job on saving another ITR, hope it gets put back together as nice as your CW one.

For me as an oldschool HT-member from Germany, a dream would come true to hit the track with you guys when it`s Expo-time... But I think this will never be real because of $$$

nope
none of them came with headlight washer according to my knowledge
it might look like washer but to me, it seems like it was just light reflection or something on the paved area under headlight
if you go take a look at your own car too, you should see that front bumper is not flat in front of lights, but rather carved to same shape as your lights

Man, that is a tiny-tiny trailor... I wish that had these in the U.S. Probably very light too.

I'm so jealous. You've been through 10 type R's and I have yet to drive my first one let alone having the pleasure of riding in one
.
to you.. I have seen some of your previous posts and your work.

So, let me get this straight both of you have wrecked R's? That is the greatest feeling to resurrect a car from the dead. There is nothing finer than taking something that every one feels is a DOA and bringing it back to life, then rubbing their nose in it.. Especially the people who said ( that car is a piece of S***)...
I salute you both good job.... ( since i just finished my 98 R rebuild #0663 )
