i'v put a y8 head on a non v-tec 1.5 block and my vtec isnt working? people have told me i might need to get a bigger oil pump, like a 1.6 vtec oil pump.. should the pump i have now be ok? if not how hard is it to change it?

 

try getting a d16a6 oil pump, wont really cost as much, and is made for the 1.6 L, but im not too sure so dont hold me to it...
