Default 92-95 CIVIC COILOVERS, WILL THEY FIT

A friend gave me his 94 civic coilovers and shocks (the whole assymbely). I have a 94 Accord. I noticed the front has a three bolt pattern on the top and his is only two. If I swap my topmounts onto his system, will it fit into my car? Is this possible or should I just forget it?

i wouldnt roll a stock civic setup, the spring rate is way off.

the noise is because the springs to not settle in until you lower the car. kinda hard to explain unless you have seen it before. I dont suggest doing it

civic supsension on an accord is ghetto, civic pieces dont deserve to be on an accord. hands down.

yeah its ghetto but i have a set lying around, and i am curious.

so you wouldnt roll a stock setup, but you rolled aftermarket coils? the spring rate on those would be off more, no? suspension is not moi forte, enlighten me. i would think something made for a civic would be similar to a 2" drop on an accord, due to the weight difference.

well im not for sure on the exact figures but if i use common knowledge i get

if you want to stiffen the ride on a civic you put aftermkt coils on it

if you want to stiffen teh ride on an accord you put aftermkt coils on it

(yes there are may other factors too but just bare with me)

so if you want to dump an accord on civic spings and want to have at least a chance of performance you would want to use the aftermarket civic coils
