i've been trying to find a shift light lately...i did a search and i came up with a thread of people saying that the "pivot shift lamp" is a very good brand. i don't want a big tach or anything, just a little light. but i can't find the pivot shift lamp anywhere! what shift lights are you guys using? and is there a different brand you would recommend?

 

Just make your own little L.E.D. one. Alot smaller and you don't notice it.

go to summit and buy a msd/mallory/or NOS rpm activated switch, hook a little LED indicator lamp to it (buy those at radio shack in like 23763 different colors and sizes) and drill a hole in your steering column cover. hook it all together and you've got a shift light that nobody will ever see.
