Default Need a how to: How to get to rear speakers in Integra

Hey guys, I was wonder what the best way is to change out my speakers in the rear of my integra. I see that super huge panel that needs to be removed, but was wondering how you guys all went about doing it? Thanks guys!!

shouldnt be that hard i can do it mine in my DA and i am a retard wit this stuff

i am guessin the same as i did... just lower ur seat and find the place where the screws r most likely they will be the phillips screws ... unscrew all of the holders 2 or 1 in the trunk area and onces u hav taken those off ur good to go ... the speakers r probably screwed in 2 also just unscrew those and those come out and ur ready to replace ur speakers ill get a tutorial if i can find it!

What year? you should be able to remove the grills. 94

yeah, i can remove the grills, but its not big enough to put in a speaker Anyone else?

I just took the grills right out and stuck the speakers in on an angle. Worked fine for me

in my friends 2000 we tried the grill didn't work so we ended up stripping the rear half of his car just to change some speakers

nah, the back is plastic, that bends, Its a pain in the ***, but it 6.5's will fit in the back without taking anything off other than the grill.

well we got it out but the problem was connecting the wires to the new speakers it was too hard to do.

Solder and shrink tube 3" or 4" of the wire that comes with the speakers to the oem wire, that will give you the room and the right ends to plug in the speaker. 94

well we got em installed and thats exactly what we did we added an extra foot of wire though and soldered the wires on cus we didnt have terminals at the time.
