I own a 2001 ek coupe 1.6 vti.

I've never modified a jap engine before and I need some advice.

I'm looking to get between 300 and 350 reliable hp out of my civ and i'm not sure where to start or who the best companys are to buy from.

Would i't be a good idea to get a new engine and then start from there or is the 1.6 good for that kind of power.

Staying in Scotland our pump gas sits at 97 octane if that helps.

Some recomendations of good places to buy in the states and then get stuff shipped over here would be nice.
