Default 6th Gen 4cyl OBX header

Has anyone bought the OBX header for there 6th Gen 4cyl?
I hear that The quality is the same as many other companies because they pretty much just copy the other designs, Does anyone know if its worth spending the extra money on some other brand?
And the other thing is that I will only be using this header for about 3 months, Then comes on the Turbo , So I dont know if I should spend the money on a really expensive header..

why even buy a header if you are gonna turbo in a few months? Seems like wasting money to me.

ive had my OBX header for about 2 years and ive had no problems with it, i love it...people think they are **** cause they dont have the name dc sports or greddy on them, but they do make quality parts. but if ur going turbo then dont bother.

No people don't say they are **** because they are not name brand. They say they are **** because they are not built as well as the better brands are.

I know it seems like a waste to put the header on and then just take it off, but, The reason I want to do it is because something always comes up, and that 2 months might turn into a 6 months, and im tired of looking at that heat sheild, and if sexynuts says his has been good for 2 years, im sure it will be fine for even 6 months..

lol u can always take the heat shield off and expose that beautiful rusty stock header underneath

EDIT: OBX headers also have a lifetime warranty

my firned picked up one that was unknown age used, but was stainless. it has worked great for him, and quality has not been an issue with it at all.
if you want to pay for the name go for a higher dollar one, but a lot of OBX products are good and can last a loooong time. some of them are shitty too though, but its to be expected froma company that makes replcias.
