why do i dont get heat coming in my car for winter time i did replace new thermostat is it a heatercore or shitless?

i mean it will blow chilly air sorta cold but not heat when i let it run over 45 mins already is this mean the heatercore is stuck or need get a new 1 ?

and when i put new themrostat in and let it run for 30 mins i press the gas pedal the car will stays on 2,000 rpm and my valves does ticks pretty much and amde the car over heat a lil i mean wtf...
